After Hours Care
For non-emergency medical concerns, you can be seen in the Acute Access Care Clinic or the After Hours Clinic at 481 London Rd.
The clinics are open for acute episodic medical conditions, ie. urinary tract infections, ear aches, rashes, etc.
The Access to Care Clinic is open Monday thru Thursday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and Fridays from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. Patients are required to call to be triaged at 519-491-6188 to be booked for an appointment if appropriate.
The After Hours Clinic (Walk in Clinic) is available Monday thru Friday from 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm (or full capacity).
We strongly suggest going at 5:00 pm to register.
Both clinics are closed on statutory holidays.
For continuity of care, please refrain from using tele-walk in services as these clinics routinely do not communicate any test results or notes with family physicians.
Annual Fee & DocNote
As of August 2025, our annual fee and all uninsured services
will be processed with DocNote.

OFFICE CLOSURE
The office is closed for Christmas holidays from:
Friday, December 19, 2025 at 1:00 pm
until
Monday, January 5, 2026 at 9:00 am.
There will be no staff in the office. The email will not be monitored.
If you have a medical emergency, please go directly to your closest emergency department.
For non urgent medical concerns, you may contact the Access to Care Clinic at 519-491-6188 or be seen in the walk in clinic in our building. Please note these clinics are closed on all Statuatory Holidays.
If you require a prescription refill, please contact your pharmacy for an emergency refill.
